From November 1 to March 1, CastleRock is open to longer stays of one week to three months. It is a fully furnished, brand new home in central Kelowna, built for people who are here to work.
Travel nurses, contract crews and people between homes
Kelowna's furnished rental market is thin in winter, and most of what is available is a basement suite or a shared space. CastleRock is a whole private home, which makes it a fit for travel nurses and locums, construction and trades crews, insurance and restoration teams, corporate relocations, and families between houses.
The location is central: downtown Kelowna is about 5 minutes away, Kelowna International Airport about 18, which keeps daily commutes and flights home short.
Everything you need to actually live here
A longer stay needs more than a nice bed. CastleRock has a full kitchen with a marble island, an in-suite washer and dryer, fast wifi and a dedicated workspace for laptop work, and a walk-in closet in the primary suite so you can fully unpack.
A crew of up to six can share it: a king primary suite with its own ensuite, two queen bedrooms and a second bathroom, so nobody is sleeping on a couch for a month.

Monthly rates, quoted for your dates
Longer stays are priced to the length of the stay and the dates, so there is no one-size monthly rate on this page. Send your dates, the number of people, and who the stay is for (an individual, a company or an agency) using the form below, and the host will reply with an all-in quote. Booking direct means no booking or service fees.
Companies and agencies booking on behalf of staff are welcome. Tell us in the message if you need an invoice in a company name.
From enquiry to move-in
Send your dates and details through the form below. The host replies with availability and an all-in quote for the full stay. Once you confirm, payment is handled securely and you get self check-in details before arrival, so you can come straight from the airport or a shift.
Stays under 90 days in BC are short-term rentals, and CastleRock is set up and operated as one, with the same cleaning standard and host support as a weekend booking. If your contract is extended, ask early and we will do our best to keep you in the house.
