A vacation rental near downtown Kelowna, without the downtown noise
Downtown Kelowna condos put you on Bernard Avenue but give you a balcony and a parking fight. CastleRock puts you 5 minutes away in a whole private home with a hot tub, a yard and your own garage.
Close enough to walk out to dinner, far enough to sleep
CastleRock sits in the most central part of Kelowna. Downtown, the lakefront and the Bernard Avenue dining strip are about a 5 minute drive. Hot Sands, City Park and the other Okanagan Lake beaches are about 10 minutes, and Kelowna International Airport is about 18.
That is the trade most downtown visitors actually want: restaurants, breweries and the waterfront within minutes, then a quiet street, a private yard and your own hot tub when the night is over.

What a whole home gets you
Most downtown Kelowna rentals are condos and suites with shared hallways, shared pools and paid or tandem parking. CastleRock is a fully private, self-contained house. Nothing is shared: not the walls you sleep against, not the hot tub, not the outdoor kitchen.

How guests spend a downtown weekend
Start on Bernard Avenue for coffee and a walk along the waterfront boardwalk. Spend the afternoon on the beach or in the brewery district, then dinner downtown. You are home in about 5 minutes, and the hot tub is warm when you get there.
Game nights at Prospera Place, concerts and the Kelowna Rockets are all a short drive, so you can skip the downtown hotel rates and the parking meters entirely. The homepage has a full guide to what is on this season, with links to every venue.

Book direct, no booking or service fees
Booking direct with the host means no booking fees and no service fees. Taxes apply as required by law. Payment is secured through Stripe, with a protected damage deposit handled by TrueVee. Check-in is 4:00 PM, check-out is 11:00 AM, and the minimum stay is 2 nights.
Weekends, events and work trips downtown
Couples on a long weekend use it as a quiet base between downtown dinners and wine country. Groups of up to six in town for a wedding, a concert or a hockey game get three real bedrooms and two bathrooms instead of splitting hotel rooms. Business travellers get fast wifi, a dedicated workspace and parking, five minutes from downtown offices.
Self check-in means you can arrive late after a flight into YLW, about 18 minutes away, without coordinating a key handoff. And when the trip is over, the wineries of the Mission and Westside benches are about 20 minutes away for one last tasting on the way out.
